Mission Statement:

Valley View Estates Property Owners Association mission is to represent the needs of all property owners in managing, preserving community assets for the community, as mandated by the Pennsylvania Non-Profit Corporation Law, Planned Uniform Community Act, Valley View Estates declaration of protective covenants and the Valley View Estates Property Owners Association By-Laws.

We work to uphold the interests of the members of the Association with honesty and integrity.

We strive to improve the quality of life in Valley View Estates, as well as enhance the process of full and complete disclosure of information to the membership of the Association.
