For members that have unpaid dues balances, legal action is pursued at the Carbon County Magistrate Court. All finance charges, and legal costs are added to the balance owed. Dues payments are each member's responsibility and must be paid on time as per Valley View Estates covenants and bylaws. No ATV, Go-carts, Or Motorized Bikes Of Any Kind Are Allowed On The Streets, Reserve Ponds, Swales Or On Any Property Belonging To Valley View Estates, P.O.A., That Includes Entrances, Postal Areas, And Conservation Areas.
No Tractor Trailers Are Permitted On Any Valley View Estates Premises. Owners Are Permitted To Park The Tractor Of Their Tractor/trailer Rig Inside The Boundaries Of Their Property But Not On The Streets.
Please email us with any areas that you feel are problems with the road and drainage. Include as much information as possible and if you have any pictures that would be great. We are currently working on some of the known trouble areas and are developing our long and short term plans for VVE.
The Valley View Estates Annual Meeting will be held at the Penn Forest Volunteer Fire Company #2, located at 1507 State Route 534 in Albrightsville.
